In this role, you’ll be focused on increasing digital listening, follower engagement, brand recognition, brand affinity, and ultimately drive overall growth. The ideal candidate will understand the responsibility that comes with leading social media for multiple major brands. This position requires openness to a flexible schedule as there may be work needed on occasional nights and weekends.What You'll Do:Manage and maintain regular posting schedule of content and editorial pieces on Los Angeles stations with a heavy focus on the Alternative Rock genre.Coordinate with various departments and help guide on-air personalities to maximize listening opportunities through their personal and station social channels.Respond to music and pop culture events and use those opportunities to introduce new fans to the iHeartRadio ecosystem.Track social media analytics to use to judge prior campaigns and future strategies.
