The Temporary employees will prepares patent application files for data conversion by performing a variety of tasks, including but not limited to proofreading and editing, ensuring completion and sequencing of data data to assist with daily production and meet client schedules. This position requires successfully completing all phases of training in any one of the following disciplines; Chemistry, Equations, or Tables. Accountabilities Verify receipt and check all pieces of the image delivery. Complete electronic summary check list. Electronically zone segments of the file: CWU with complexity, Artwork, Drawings, Text, CRC pages and Unused data. Process Patent applications by moving images into the proper folders when required. Process problem files according to established procedures. Assist in training new employees and contribute to resolve problems when appropriate. Meet and/or exceed established quantity and quality production metrics. Actively participate in continuous process improvement projects. Performs other job related duties as required. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent (GED) required. Detail oriented with the ability to work in a team environment. Good knowledge of computer applications (mouse, keyboard and windows application). Strong attention to and concern for detail. Problem solving ability. Ability to acquire and retain a vast amount of information. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Practices continuous self-development. Ability to make decisions and exercise good judgment. Ability to pass all pre-employment testing. Ability to replicate test document with source document by following instructions. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must successfully complete LN RT Verification process and BI Clearance. Must be available for the entirety of in-house training in our Horsham , PA facility.
